  • Students entering 6th and 12th Grade in fall 2015

    The State of Illinois is requiring students entering 6th and 12th grade in the fall of 2015 to receive the meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine. Students entering 6th grade must receive 1 dose of MCV4 prior to school entry next fall. The first dose should be received on or after the 11th birthday, and the 2nd dose received, on or after the 16th birthday, at least eight weeks after the 1st dose. 
    Students entering 12th grade should have 2 doses of MCV4 at school entry next fall. The second dose must be administered on or after their 16th birthday. If the 1st dose is received at 16 years of age or older, only 1 dose is required. If you have any questions please feel free to call Deanna Koester at 815-443-2715 Pearl City School Nurse

  • The Art Club, Choir and Band are selling Fun Pasta to raise money for their field trip this December.  Please help us out by going to the following website to order (until the end of October), or talk to any member of the Art Club, Choir or Band (until October 15th).  On the website you can choose the student you wish to support.

  • E-Funds   New on-line payment option for families will be available beginning September 28, 2015.

     The e-Funds for Schools electronic payment service is provided to the school by a third party service provider. The service provider has a nominal fee for their service. There is a $1.00 transaction convenience fee for each electronic checking payment that you make. The system carries a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charge if the payment is "bad." For payments made by credit or debit card, there is a convenience fee of $2.64 per each $100 increment in the transaction. When you set up your account, please review your options carefully. As always, you may still send  check/cash to school with your son/daughter as payment. If you are having trouble, please use google chrome or fire fox. Setting up your child's fund the four digit code is the number your child uses everyday. Ask them for the number, if they do not know it, please contact the school.

    Anyone interested in advertising on the athletic scorer’s table may do so by contacting the school office.  Ads are customized to fit your business or individual wishes.  Promote your business by advertising on the athletic table in which many people from the Pearl City and other communities gather for various contest. Parents – take an ad out for your children for special occasions like senior night.  The cost of the ads are as follows:
    1.       $50 - single contest (evening)
    2.       $300 the entire Fall Season
    3.       $400 the entire Winter season
    4.       $600 for the entire school year
